After Terry's success in completing the 5k Edinburgh Christmas Run he is now back after a short lay off training for the 5k Run for Scotland. He wants to better his time of 28 minutes which may be difficult as the course is a little bit tougher than the Christmas route .Terry is not a runner and never will be (legs too short) but it is surprising what a little bit of regular exercise can do, so come on all you couch potatoes and join Terry on June 6th. He needs all the support he can get.
